Carnatic vocal, Hyderabad, Telangana
Music classes across Hyderabad.
RAAGA is a school of Indian classical music, teaching Carnatic vocal to children and adults since 2016. Two centres, classes hosted in residential communities, and live online lessons for the rest of the city. Find the option that fits where you live, then confirm timings with the team.
In person
Our two centres.
Jubilee Hills
Our founding centre, teaching here for a decade. Small batches for children and adults, in person, with the guru in the room. Within reach of Banjara Hills, Film Nagar, Yousufguda, Srinagar Colony, Madhapur, Manikonda.
Phoenix Arena, Hitech City
Our Hitech City centre, convenient for families in Madhapur, Gachibowli and Kondapur. The same syllabus, the same teaching. Within reach of Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Kokapet, Financial District, Nanakramguda.
In your community
Classes in residential communities.
Learning hosted within a residential community, taught by the same Gurus to the same syllabus. Tell us where you are and we will discuss what is possible.
A community class is arranged with the community itself, so we do not publish where or when these run.
Elsewhere in Hyderabad
Further from a centre?
- Kukatpally, KPHB, Miyapur, Nizampet, Bachupally
- Learn live online to the same syllabus, or ask whether a community class is possible where you live. If you would rather travel, check the journey to Jubilee Hills at your class time first.
- Nallagandla, Tellapur, Narsingi, Lingampally
- Compare the journey to Phoenix Arena in Hitech City at your class time with learning online. A residential community can also host a class.
- Ameerpet, Begumpet, Somajiguda, SR Nagar, Secunderabad
- Jubilee Hills is the closer centre for most of central Hyderabad. Online lessons suit families for whom the evening traffic makes a weekly class hard to keep.
- Uppal, Dilsukhnagar, LB Nagar, Kompally and beyond
- Neither centre is a practical weekly journey from here. Live online classes are taught by the same Gurus to the same syllabus.
Outside Hyderabad
Across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and abroad.
Learning Carnatic sangeetham from Warangal, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Tirupati or anywhere else in India? Our live online classes follow the same syllabus as the Hyderabad centres, with lesson times arranged for families in the Gulf, the UK, the US, Singapore and Australia.
